All in all very satisfied
Clean accommodation and friendly staff
Was quite nice
The villa itself is fine. There were a few problems, e.g. with the WLAN etc. As for the price, I think it's a bit overpriced compared to more modern villas. In addition, current photos should be used as some things such as mosquito nets were present in the photos but no longer exist in the villa.
nice accommodation
Not all rooms are of the same standard and I only had the promised hot water once a month at most. The pool was nice and the room served its purpose. Overall I had a great time in Bali and Legian. WiFi could be better.
Very good value for money
- Beautiful, modern and bright rooms - Furnishings and size of the rooms comfortable - very nice staff, helpful - good facilities (bathroom, pool, kitchen, fridge) - Tip: rooms could be swept more often, bed linen changed more often
All in all very satisfied
- Nice stay - Rooms were adequate in size (standard) - nice staff, always helpful - could be cleaned more often + bed linen changed
Very satisfied
Clean villa, good service, lived there with other students, all very relaxed!
My stay at the villa was good. I would recommend the villa to others.
Pros: - Room well equipped - Laundry, supermarket and ATM nearby (2 minutes walk) - Nice and helpful staff - 15-20 minutes drive to Udayana Uni Campus "Denpasar" - open kitchen is the meeting point of the villa Cons: - no sunbeds for sunbathing (maybe you can buy some beanbags...) - Air conditioning did not work after a long period of non-use (but was repaired the very next day) - Room was cleaned at irregular intervals
Feedback on Angel Villa
What was good? I particularly liked the accommodation service. The MAs were always very helpful and friendly. You also felt very safe as there was always security on site at night. The fact that there is a supermarket right next to the accommodation is also very practical! The rooms were cleaned every day and were therefore very clean. What could be improved? I would recommend students to always book the accommodation in groups, as otherwise there are a lot of tourists who choose the accommodation and therefore there is a frequent change.
Nothing to criticise!
I didn't really have anything to complain about. Sometimes they didn't automatically provide toilet paper and towels, but they brought them immediately when you asked... I would definitely give full marks here!
Top
The accommodation was super nice. The staff were always courteous and super friendly. I felt right at home and was warmly welcomed after every longer trip in Indonesia. I can only warmly recommend the accommodation :)
Most beautiful and cosy villa!
Pros: + beautiful garden & outdoor area + huge pool + large villa + very cosy + Ketut is incredibly kind Cons: - cold showers
enjoyed our stay at Angel Villa
We really enjoyed our time at Villa Angel - the staff were so nice and good to us!
Everything top except the cleanliness
Very friendly staff and nice pool area. However, for the price not quite so clean and also a lot of things very worn in the room - sofa totally dirty - cupboard smelly - tap at the sink does not work properly ... Should be brought up to date Pool is great! Very chic. And the location is also great!
Was really great!
It was really great! Only the mice in the attic could be taken care of^^ One even made it into my room... But it wasn't too bad, except that you could hear them in the attic from time to time...
Pleasant experience
No good communication about the visas! Wrong information about the visas and high additional costs for the visa process on site! I wish Asia-Exchange would offer more workshops, e.g. cookery classes. In summary, we had a good time in Bali and in ASEAN in general, we learnt a lot about the different cultures.
Udayana forever
I would call it Bali roulette. Sometimes we had good teachers, sometimes not; it's like everywhere. Very nice that they always support you and help you. I would recommend it to anyone who is open to new experiences abroad.
Bali! Study, live, go swimming
Bali is a great place to study, live, eat, swim, and so on. Asia Exchange has always endeavoured to assist us in some situations. Even if there were complications and misunderstandings from time to time.
Beautiful villa with sea view
Villa Moonah is a large house with a pool and sea view. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Fin, the cleaning lady is very nice and there are some cute cats in the garden. The villa is close to the university.
Nice teachers, few lessons
If you're used to have strict and regular lesson in your country you'll probably be surprised by this programme. I only had lessons on Monday and Tuesday and teacher are here to talk "with" you and not "to" you. The level isn't that high, you can easily graduate if you work a little, but the real thing you learn there is about Balinese culture and open-minded exchanges with the teachers.
Nice and quiet: What you need in Bali.
I lived here for 2 months while studying at Udayana. The place was made for me. The caretaker Putu was always there for us, smiling and friendly, he really helps you with everything. The rooms are big and comfortable, the living room is a bit small but pleasant and there is a pool: all in all a nice place to stay
Super landlord! Great view!
What I liked best was the landlady, she really helped me with everything, even learning to ride a scooter... And the view is great too!
Great in itself, except for the dog problem
I really liked the Jimbaran Homestay. In principle, I would give it 4 stars because everything was good and clean. However, the landlady's dog really bothered me. The problem here is that the dog is sick and therefore smells very unpleasant and that it often did its business next to the pool. So unfortunately I can only give 3 stars. Unfortunately that ruined everything.
Also happy ;)
Close to Udayana Uni in Jimbaran, great pool, bedrooms in good condition! Unfortunately no seating outside...
