Villa Oasis

This accommodation can be rented by the room. It is not necessary to book all rooms.

Villa Oasis is quietly located in Jalan Umalas Kelecung in Umalas. It consists of two buildings with a private pool in the centre. There are a total of 8 rooms, 7 of which are equipped with 2 single beds each, one room only has a single bed. All rooms have their own bathroom and hot running water. The water is heated by a solar system and is therefore environmentally friendly. This means that it may not always be at full temperature when it is cloudy. All rooms have air conditioning. Each room has 2 safes, one for cash and documents and a larger one for notebooks (own padlock required).

The villa has cult status, as it has been rented out to students since the early days of the first exchange programmes in Bali. The landlords live right next door, which is very convenient if you have any questions or problems. They speak German, English and Indonesian. You can be in Seminyak or Petitenget in just five minutes and therefore have numerous restaurants, shops and bars in the immediate vicinity. In contrast to most villas in Bali, a great deal of emphasis has been placed on security and comfort here. For example, each room has more than one power socket. In Indonesia, only one socket per room is standard. Since March 2016, the villa has also had a fast fibre optic internet connection of up to 100 Mbit/s. The bathrooms are mostly open-plan, but built to be burglar-proof. A coin-operated washing machine is available. There is also a reasonably priced laundry service around the corner in the street where you can get your laundry washed and ironed at a reasonable price.

Villa 1 has three double bedrooms and a semi-open, well-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. On the second floor is the lounge with flatscreen TV and large sofa. All rooms have the same facilities and a private bathroom.

Villa 2 has four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The villa also has an equipped kitchen (semi-open plan) and a living room with a round dining table and TV area with sofa upstairs. All rooms have the same facilities and a private bathroom.

The 3 studios are separate from Villa 1 and 2, have a private entrance and a large garden with car park. They are also directly connected to Villa 1 and 2 by a passageway.
