How do I find the right accommodation for my semester abroad?
Use our filter options to search by location, budget and facilities. We recommend starting your search at least 3–6 months before the start of term.
What is the minimum tenancy period?
Most accommodation options have a minimum rental period of 2 months. Some villas also offer flexible stays from 1 month onwards. You can find details on the relevant accommodation page.
Can I share a villa with other students?
Yes! Many of our villas are suitable for shared accommodation. Look out for the ‘suitable for shared accommodation’ label in the search results. In some cases, you can also rent individual rooms in shared villas. These villas will have the option ‘Available to rent by the room’ listed under ‘Facilities’.
What additional costs can I expect on top of the rent?
Most accommodation options include Wi-Fi and regular cleaning. Electricity and water are often included. You can find more detailed information in the pricing details for each accommodation option.
