My story
Why spend a semester abroad in Bali?
My name is Max and I’ve spent two semesters abroad in Bali myself. During that time, I realised just how difficult it is to find reliable information and suitable accommodation. With expensive agencies, confusing information and unclear living arrangements, there’s often a lack of honest guidance for students.
The problem
For many students, finding accommodation in Bali in particular is harder than they’d imagined. Good long-term accommodation is hard to find, is often poorly described, or turns out to be completely different to what they expected when they arrive. At the same time, many don’t know which region really suits them or who they can actually trust.
Our solution
That’s why we’ve revamped Auslandssemester Bali: a platform run by people who’ve studied in Bali themselves and know what really matters. We combine honest information about studying and living in Bali with a selection of verified student accommodation, so you can find the region and accommodation that really suit you more quickly.
