Villa Hammer 1

Villa Hammer is located in Legian, on the border to Seminyak, in an absolute prime location.

A large garden forms the entrance to the villa. The large green area offers plenty of space for sunbathing, barbecuing or cooling off in the huge pool.

When you enter the house through the large wooden gate with its exquisite carvings, you are greeted by a large open-plan living room with high ceilings. To the left is the dining room. Immediately behind it is the first bedroom with its own bathroom and its own exit to the garden and a small terrace with seating. Behind the dining room is the open-plan kitchen. Next to it is another bedroom, which is the smallest room in terms of square metres. Nevertheless, it is equipped with everything you need, such as a bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe. To the right of the entrance area is the large living room, which offers views up to the upper floor via a high air space and a gallery. Right next to it is the third bedroom. This room also comes with its own bathroom and its own exit to the pool.

A staircase in the dining room leads to the upper floor. The large wooden door with many lovely carvings leads to the large balcony. To the right and left of this are two further bedrooms, both of which have direct access to the balcony. To the right of the bedroom is the master bedroom. The 6th bedroom on the upper floor comes with air conditioning, but without a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture.

The location of the villa could not be more strategic. It is situated in a quiet side street and yet you can reach everything you need for daily life on foot in just a few minutes. Supermarket, traditional night market, restaurants, shops and especially the beach are all within walking distance!
