In need of renovation but great flair
The villa has a super large garden and an open-plan living room and kitchen. I thought that was pretty great. Perfect for enjoying the weather in Bali. The housekeeper was super nice and we got on really well with her. She is very welcoming. I didn't really like the bathrooms, which are very old and need to be renovated in my opinion. In general, the villa should be renovated, then the price-performance ratio would be justified. All in all, the villa has flair and I really enjoyed my time here.

Good service, bad WLAN
The staff were very friendly, always on hand to help. However, the Wi-Fi was really bad at the beginning.
Villa generally really good, only my room had points of criticism
- WIFI did not reach my room - couldn't close my balcony door properly - too bright in the room at night - no air conditioning in the bathroom -> too hot - due to heat in Nov and Dec a lot of electricity had to be charged + friendly staff + very good service + nice common area + strategic location
All in all, I had a great time here

Nice and cosy homestay
+ Friendly staff + nice rooms + good and convenient location - WIFI not sufficient for a number of 13 residents - Electricity often had to be bought extra - Bathroom too hot in the morning

Everything ok in the Shari Apartments
The flats are just as shown in the pictures. Rather a quiet place. The location is great for exchange students, not too touristy but close to everything you need. The staff are very friendly. One negative point, however: problems with the pool. The pool is dirty from time to time. Efforts are made to keep this within limits, but it's annoying when you're looking forward to going there and then it's dirty... And something else that might be important to mention is the WIFI, which really isn't all that good there. Nevertheless, I would give 3.5 out of 5 stars for the flats.
It was a lovely stay!
It was a wonderful stay in Asmara. Very pleasant and the staff very nice, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed it here. Everything is very clean and the service is good. The location is also very central to everything I needed to get to in Bali from here, which was really convenient for me. All in all - had a great time here!
Our perfect home
Our stay at Villa Prahu was a really nice experience! Everything was perfect and the staff made everything even better by always giving us everything we needed. I would always recommend the villa! The only slightly annoying thing is sharing a room (with only one air conditioner) with another person (studio room).
About to become your new home
Really nice accommodation! I immediately fell in love with the pool, everything is always super clean. The lounge is also super comfortable. We also had the best helpers from the villa management, they were so sweet, funny and always super helpful. The only problem is the studios, because you sort of live right next to each other without a proper door in between, sometimes it's a bit annoying to never really be able to be completely alone....
It just feels like home
The villa is great. Very clean, has a great pool, and plenty of space for everyone to chill out. But the best thing about the villa is the manager. No matter what problems or needs we had, he was always on the spot! He really helped us a lot. Villa Prahu wouldn't be what it is now without him :)
Best accommodation to live in
I love this villa. I stayed here with my friends and we had the time of our lives. It's comparatively cheap and you get a lot for it! The staff are great and very worldly, always helpful and accommodating. It's nice to chill out here, especially by the pool. The only flaw is the studios, which only have one AC and this is not separated from the rest of the room by a door.
At home
Everything was great and we felt at home after just a few days. The whole villa: pool, lounges and everything was really nice. And our housekeeper was the best in the world. The only unpleasant thing is that there is only air conditioning in the studios.
Would live here again!
I really liked the villa and my room was really good. The only thing that was a bit annoying were the rats in the attic. The staff were great, our rooms were always kept very clean and the family who own the villa were very understanding and just great!
All in all very satisfied
