It is only 5 minutes from Seminyak with all its shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only 10 minutes from Kuta's nightlife. The surfing hotspot is also only a 10-minute scooter ride away.

The property borders on rice fields and offers a place for four bedrooms with a touch of Balinese architecture in a magnificent garden, three of which are on the first floor and one on the ground floor. A colourful living area with flat-screen TV and DVD player invites you to linger in comfort on the rare rainy days. The large kitchen offers space for cooking together, after which meals can be enjoyed in the semi-open-plan dining area with a view of the greenery.
Sun worshippers will find ideal retreats in the lush garden or by the pool. There's also plenty of space to have a pool party with friends.
In the immediate vicinity, the villa on Umalas Street is surrounded by restaurants, massage parlours and cheap warungs. The Jimbaran campus of Universitas Udayana is a 35-minute drive away and the Denspasar campus is 25 minutes away.

The villa has a super large garden and an open-plan living room and kitchen. I thought that was pretty great. Perfect for enjoying the weather in Bali. The housekeeper was super nice and we got on really well with her. She is very welcoming. I didn't really like the bathrooms, which are very old and need to be renovated in my opinion. In general, the villa should be renovated, then the price-performance ratio would be justified. All in all, the villa has flair and I really enjoyed my time here.
