Villa Beo

Villa Beo is one of the traditional student villas. For many years, students have had the time of their lives here. The villa consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three rooms have a double bed with an attached bathroom, the fourth room on the top right has a single bed and no attached bathroom. This is located downstairs next to the kitchen. The bathroom is also equipped with a shower and WC. The living room and kitchen are on the lower floor. In front of the entrance is a small terrace with a sofa, on the upper floor there is a balcony with further seating and a view of the pool. The terrace downstairs is often used as a meeting place.

The villa is very cosy, almost everything is made of wood. It is in a great location, as you can walk to the beach, but also to Sunset Road in a few minutes. The garden is very spacious compared to many other villas, no expense has been spared on green areas. In five minutes you are (on foot) at theBatubelig Beach. The beach is not so touristy, but there are still a few beach vendors and the best and still cheapest warung right on the beach: Warung Pantai. You can walk to numerous restaurants and cheap warungs in Jalan Batubelig. The best known of these areWarung SobatSlippery Stone and Watercress. There is a 24-hour supermarket every few hundred metres. This means you'll never run out of beer in the evening and you can always get something to eat. Another highlight in the street is Pit-Stop (24-hour burger). If you've had enough of Kuta after a few weeks, there are better clubs nearby, e.g. KuDeTa, Potato Head and a few more.

Conclusion: Location top, you really have everything you could ever need in 4-5 months right on your doorstep.
