A few problems, but still a very nice location
I really liked the villa. Even with a few problems, such as the water pumps, we had a great stay. Lounge and open plan living room and nice bedrooms (one is a bit darker due to a very small window). Nevertheless, I would definitely choose the villa again for a stay with up to 5 friends.
Minor problems, but worth it for the price
Note that the price of this villa is lower than some others. So expect minor problems. You should also agree on who gets the largest room with an attached bathroom and who gets the room on the ground floor. There is mould on the walls. It can also rain in the house and, as usual, the Wi-Fi is not the best.
It's all right
It's quite expensive here but that could be due to the location. It's really in the centre of everything, in beautiful Seminyak. The beach is close. The pool is very clean! Really not a matter of course. But that was it with the positive aspects. Above all, the service from the house management is below average. Irregular cleaning and when they clean, only the floor is swept, the bathroom is hardly cleaned. The bathrooms are bad: 2 showers don't work, bathtub is broken and the pipes are constantly clogged. The door to the villa cannot be locked, neither can the large door to the living room. The TVs have no working channels, communication with the management is difficult. We had no electricity twice for several hours because the management forgot to pay for the electricity. All in all a stay that was okay, in a villa that looks great at first glance but shows some flaws once you are there.
Joe Appartment
All in all, Joe Appartment is an accommodation that can be recommended. Located in quiet Kerobokan, not far from Seminyak and Canggu, and close to shopping and local warungs. The building is new, but there are problems with humidity (during heavy rain it rains on the upper floor or the walls are damp) which of course favours mould (backpack and shoes are mouldy). There is a nice pool, which is large enough, but there are only four sun loungers for about 20 accommodation units and the pool is sometimes quite cloudy, which is not particularly nice to look at, but not too bad and in the rainy season this could only be avoided by using lots of chlorine. You live here with many local families, most of whom live in the two-bedroom apartments. A multi-cultural community per se with many long-term tenants. There is a small gazebo on the roof terrace and a table to sit at in the entrance area by the pool. However, the internet is hardly usable, especially in the outer rooms, i.e. you have to sit in the communal area if you want to do something on the PC. Due to the many families with children staying here and the communal area right next to the pool, this can be quite loud and disturbing if you want to work. There is no opportunity to sit down and relax with other people or spend a cosy evening - apart from the table in the entrance area.
I would do it again
We were promised good internet, running hot water, but this was not available at times. The staff are great, no better staff anywhere.
Beautiful villa and nice staff
Staff: Perfect and friendly. They do a good job. Villa: Looks beautiful, but the wifi doesn't work, or only very poorly, and the sanitary facilities need to be renewed.

LV Villa
Pros: the layout is great The pool is great and clean. It is regularly checked. The rooms are very clean and well equipped by Indonesian standards. The rooms are spacious Staff very friendly / trustworthy AC works perfectly Cons: Changing the shower towels and bed linen does not always work. However, if you ask for it, it is done immediately. Some of the bed linen is stained and the duvet has no cover. The monthly electricity top-up does not work. Always only after enquiries. The credit is very small in proportion and is not sufficient for normal use of the electronic devices. Somewhat little storage space
Beautiful villa but stressful management
The villa has a great location, everything you need is available all around. The pool is great and is constantly maintained, as are the plants. The rooms could do with a refurbishment. We had to ask several times until small things were repaired. The charging of electricity (250k/month) did not work at all, we always had to follow up for days and were then answered cheekily by email. Things were also stolen from the fridge. There is no functioning, equipped kitchen and for me personally there is no comfortable area like lounge furniture or anything like that. For me, the price-performance ratio is not quite right
Beautiful villa in good location
The accommodation is very well located. The university, shopping and nightlife are close by. The villa has a very large pool and the rooms are also very spacious. The only thing that would improve the facilities is a lounge. Unfortunately, the villa has limited electricity. In itself, this is not a problem - but the electricity is never charged on time, which is very inconvenient. The staff is very friendly, but a 24-hour presence would not be necessary. In addition, despite their presence, things were stolen from the communal fridge. All in all, however, it is a lovely villa that I would definitely stay in again.
Nice accommodation
Nice accommodation and nice staff! Only the electricity was not topped up monthly, we had to be reminded 2 or 3 times.

Good stay
All in all it was good, the only problem was the wifi (it was really bad)
Would stay here again for a holiday
The accommodation was clean and cosy, if there were any problems you could always speak to the manager or staff. It was dealt with directly. The pool was always clean and very large. The wifi didn't work so well in most places, but I was lucky in my room. Overall, I was very happy with the accommodation.

Nice student accommodation, I would stay here again!
Les Villas is a great student accommodation consisting of different villas, with a large pool and nice (cleaning) staff. Jimbaran is a nice, quiet area close to the university and there are several supermarkets, laundries and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Beautiful student accommodation
We lived in Les Villas for 2 months with about 15 other students. I really had a great time there. The accommodation is fine, the manager is really helpful and always friendly. We also organised a few pool parties there. Jimbaran is a quiet neighbourhood, but close to the university.

Very nice accommodation
The villa is a lovely place to live as it is perfectly located. The staff were always very friendly. There were only small problems like a broken air conditioner and no electricity in the kitchen, but we were always helped quickly.
At home in Bali
Pros: large open plan pool/kitchen - everything is very open plan but everyone still has privacy in their room own bathroom it's sunny by the pool until about 3pm there is a hut next to the pool where you can get a massage Laundry, bakery, restaurant, indoor market are right next door or on the other side of the street Neighbouring villas if something had to be repaired it was done immediately (good contact person is Ina) two fridges / cleaning service 6 times a week Cons: WLAN connection could be better
