Villa Top Gun is located in a very secure villa community in Seminyak. Immediately adjacent areVilla Dewi Shinta,Villa Gadjah andRumah Sena. The ideal neighbourhood of other student villas. The villa got its name from former students. The villa not only impresses with its spacious living/dining area and cool, sunny pool, but also with the clear separation of the private and open rooms. All three bedrooms are identical and are located on the upper floor. All rooms are equipped with a large wardrobe, a double bed and air conditioning. There is also a terrace, a bathroom with shower and another toilet on the upper floor.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a couch with TV and stereo system as well as a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. The friendly housekeeper comes to clean several times a week.

The best thing about the villa is definitely the location! Everything is within walking distance, such as restaurants, shops and party locations. The entire villa is clean, but you shouldn't expect German standards. The owners are also very friendly, but unfortunately have difficulty understanding English. One point of criticism, however, is the leaking sink in the kitchen. All in all, we were very satisfied and would stay here again and again.
Good villa
There were problems with the air conditioning in my room but it was fixed quickly. The location of the villa is good but some faults can be found here and there.

the first and most important point is that we absolutely loved the villa. It is centrally located, so parties and food were very close. Also the security was very nice and polite. The rooms were large and had nice furnishings, also the pool and kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Points of criticism are: Things like the flush toilet and the shower upstairs, also the doors are weird and hard to open (especially the door to the pool). For the price there are some things that are no longer up to date and outdated...e.g. the couch outside by the pool should be replaced, as should the TV and speakers in the living room...maybe the showers and mirrors should be raised a bit, as some tall Europeans like me have a few problems with them :D To summarise: it was very cool and we would gladly book the villa again, but the little things I mentioned should be improved, especially as the price was quite high.
I would definitely stay here again
What I liked most about the villa was the location, especially that it was on the same street as three other student villas. I also like the pool and the interior of the villa. To mention a negative aspect, I have to say that we had a rat problem. In addition, there is some old and used furniture, for example the bathroom doors on the ground floor were hard to close, almost breaking off the hinges. The cupboards in the kitchen were also broken and difficult to close. To summarise, we had a great time here and it is still a great villa.
