Villa Shinta

Villa Shinta is the direct neighbour ofVilla Top Gun,Villa Gajah andRumah Sena. The villas are located in a very secure gated community in the fashionable part of Seminyak, Petitenget.

This villa scores not only with its location, but also with its extremely cosy yet luxurious furnishings and atmosphere. The furniture is a mixture of fine antique wood and modern elements. The living room is semi-open and offers a couch with TV with international channels and DVD player as well as an internal gazebo, which invites you to relax. There is also a dining table next to the kitchen, which offers enough space for all residents. There is plenty of space around the pool to sunbathe or relax in the shade of the outdoor gazebo.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, the three large rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the small room has air conditioning. There are also 2 day beds that can be used for sleeping. On the upper floor there is also a living room and a balcony.

Up to 10 people can easily be accommodated here if you are not afraid to share the beds ;).

The beach is less than five minutes away. There are also many in-locals, bars and restaurants such as Potato Head. Shopping facilities such as Pepito, Foodhall, Fres Tive and a traditional night market are also in the neighbourhood. The party mile of Kuta is only 10 minutes away.
