Villa Shinta

Villa Shinta is the immediate neighbour of Villa Top Gun, Villa Gajah and Rumah Sena. The villas are situated in a very secure gated community in the upmarket area of Seminyak, Petitenget.

This villa stands out not only for its location, but also for its exceptionally cosy yet luxurious furnishings and atmosphere. The furniture is a blend of fine antique wood and modern elements. The living room is semi-open plan and features not only a sofa with a TV offering international channels and a DVD player, but also an indoor gazebo that’s perfect for relaxing. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that offers enough space for all residents. Around the pool, there is plenty of space to sunbathe or relax in the shade of the outdoor gazebo.

In total, the villa has four bedrooms; the three large rooms are fitted with air conditioning, whilst the small room has a fan. There are also two sofa beds that can be used for sleeping. Upstairs, there is also a living room and a balcony.

This place can easily sleep up to 10 people, if you don’t mind sharing beds ;).

The beach is less than five minutes away. There are plenty of local spots, bars and restaurants, such as Potato Head. Shopping options including Pepito, Foodhall, Fres Tive and a traditional night market are also nearby. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Kuta’s party district.
