Situated on the Bukit Peninsula, in the quiet Balangan area, Jimbaran, hasVilla Oceanview This villa offers much more than a standard villa. This villa is the only property in our repertoire that offers an exciting and unique sea view, directly from its own huge terrace!
Villa Oceanview is safely located in a quiet and pure villa neighbourhood in Balangan. The distance to the sea is only a few minutes' drive and the nearest large supermarket is also only 5 minutes' drive away.
Your private zone is located on the upper floor of the villa. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms are roughly the same size. The difference is that one room has a double bed and the other has two single beds, which is ideal for sharing a room. The third bedroom is slightly smaller and comes with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. This master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. The terrace is incredibly large and offers plenty of seating and the aforementioned sea view as well as a bar with fridge. Sitting on the terrace, watching the sunset over the sea and holding a cold beer in your hand, what could be better?
The terrace can also be accessed from the ground floor via a staircase. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and 2 dining rooms (one inside and one outside). The large pool is ideal for swimming and cooling off, while the newly built sunbathing area with sun loungers invites you to chill out and get a tan.
There is a secure car park for your scooters and storage space for your surfboards.
Within a short drive you can reach restaurants, warungs, a traditional market and supermarkets. The nearest beach is Balangan Beach, but Dreamlandbeach, which is also suitable for surfing beginners, can also be reached in a few minutes via a shortcut. The white sandy beaches of the Bukit Peninsula not only offer ideal surfing conditions, there are also many parties here in the evenings, live bands play or a few cool guys make music with a guitar around the campfire.

The villa is in a quiet location, from the terrace you have a great view of the sunset every evening. Many beaches are within a 1/4 hour scooter ride, as is the university. The villa is large, the downstairs + the connecting room have their own bathrooms, the other two share one. The kitchens are well equipped. Gustavo, the landlord, is very friendly and helpful, we were in regular contact. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here and can recommend the accommodation to others.

The villa is very spacious, well equipped and a place to feel at home. Special highlights are the large terrace, outdoor kitchen and pool. The landlord of the villa was always available to help and advise us, even when he was not on site. Thanks to the good location, the university and various beaches were just a few minutes away by scooter. I can highly recommend the villa and would stay here again at any time.

The stay in the villa was really great. Gustavo, the owner, welcomed us and was always there for us. Even when he was no longer in Bali, we could always contact him. He made the first few days in particular much easier for us as he showed us around and organised a lot (e.g. mopeds). We were really lucky that he had the time to make our start in Bali so much easier. Thank you very much, Gus! Whilst we were in the villa, we were given an outdoor shower and our housekeeper Iluh was always on hand to help. We only used the upstairs outdoor kitchen, which was exceptional with this sea view. An all-round recommendable accommodation; however, if you don't want to drive a moped yourself, it is a little difficult to reach.
