Top location! Villa Nineteen is very centrally located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is therefore very safe and very well connected to Sunset Road, the main road from which you can get anywhere within a few minutes.
The villa is only a 3-minute drive from the centre of Seminyak. Here you will find all the well-known shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. There is also a traditional market and a large supermarket just around the corner. The university in Jimbaran is just a 25-minute drive away.
TheVilla Nineteen has 5 bedrooms with air conditioning. The villa has a total of three bathrooms, two of which are connected to two rooms. All bathrooms have hot running water. The kitchen and the closed living room are very large.
The private pool invites you to cool off on hot Bali days. The large terrace on the upper floor offers a wonderful view over rice fields and has sun all day long. Pink sunsets included.
Simple, minimalist and modern, that's how you could summarise this villa.

Really beautiful villa, the flooding is not a problem as we initially thought and the housekeeper is the friendliest lady! Everything is taken care of here, the only problem is the wifi, very slow and very often fails, you can forget Netflix and co! If high quality wifi is not important to you highly recommended!
Beautiful villa in the heart of Seminyak
Villa 19 is a beautiful villa with 5 bedrooms. It is quite large and very cosy. The only problem was that during the rainy season water sometimes ran into the house and the pool was dirty during the rainy season. The housekeeping is very very nice and helpful. Location is great.
I liked it a lot
The villa is very well located. It's about a 30 minute walk to the university, 10 minutes to the beach and about 20 minutes to Cauggu. The rooms are big enough and very nice. The pool is a bit small but ok. Negative point: there are no sunbeds. All in all, I liked the villa.

+Centrally located, still difficult to find for uber/grab -Rooms were only cleaned once a week, the pool was not very clean although the pool man came daily -the wifi was bad in my room -no contact with the owner
