Villa Mathis 1

Villa Mathis is situated in a quiet side street in leafy Umalas, between Seminyak and Canggu. Surrounded by tropical nature and offering a real jungle atmosphere, the complex provides a special retreat away from the hustle and bustle, whilst being just a few minutes’ walk from Berawa Beach and the numerous cafés, restaurants and beaches in the surrounding area.

Villa Mathis 1, 2 and 3 are situated on a spacious, contiguous plot of land. Whilst each villa offers its own private space and a unique atmosphere, their shared location fosters a very special sense of community.

The three villas consist of two 4-bedroom villas and one 5-bedroom villa. One room in the 5-bedroom villa is on a long-term let until the end of 2027, so there are currently four rooms available for students.

All three villas are laid out in a similar way and feature very spacious rooms with high ceilings, creating a particularly open and pleasant living environment. The lush, tropical surroundings create an authentic jungle atmosphere. Each villa also has a large swimming pool and a spacious, inviting open-air communal area, offering plenty of space to relax, eat together and socialise with other students.

This combination is ideal for students in particular: privacy and space to retreat meet the opportunity to live alongside other students, get to know one another and experience everyday life in Bali together. The lovingly designed rooms, the lush tropical surroundings and that special Balinese charm make Villa Matisse a place where living is more than just accommodation.
