The five properties – Villa Karin 1 & 2, Villa Djulia 1 & 2 and Villa Irini – are situated in a modern and peaceful new housing development in Nusa Dua. All the villas have only recently been built and are therefore in excellent condition and as good as new. Villa Karin and Villa Djulia are right next to each other, whilst Villa Irini is just a few houses away. This creates a small, close-knit community where students can enjoy their privacy whilst still being able to spend time together with ease.

Nusa Dua is situated in the south of Bali and is increasingly becoming a popular place to live for young people, students and digital nomads. The area offers modern facilities, plenty of peace and quiet and natural surroundings, as well as a wide range of beautiful beaches and leisure activities. At the same time, Udayana University in Jimbaran is easily accessible, making the location particularly attractive for students.
