As you enter through the villa gate, you are greeted by a beautiful, lovingly landscaped and well-kept tropical garden. You enter the two-storey villa past the large sunny pool, bale and sun loungers. The spacious open-plan living/dining area faces the pool and garden. The entire glass front can be opened towards it. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking enthusiasts. The large TV with its diverse DVD collection invites you to spend cosy evenings on the wide sofa when it rains. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the more private upper floor. There is a larger bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The two roughly comparable rooms share the walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. All rooms are equipped with AC and have fly screens.

All in all, there are many small, lovingly selected details in the villa, such as paintings, statues and decorations, which, in contrast to many other bare villas, give you a real feeling of home.

The villa is located in the very heart of Seminyak. This is the absolute TOP location! Only 150 metres to the beach! Only 2 min to many boutiques, bars, restaurants, supermarket, ATM etc. As the villa is located in a gated community, your security is ensured around the clock. Therefore, this villa is unfortunately not suitable for parties, as otherwise the neighbouring villas will feel disturbed, but there is nothing wrong with a small barbecue pool party at lunchtime.
