Villa Chi

As you step through the villa’s gate, you’re greeted by a beautiful, lovingly landscaped and well-maintained tropical garden. Passing the large, sunny pool, the bale and the sun loungers, you enter the two-storey villa. The spacious open-plan living and dining area faces the pool and the garden. The entire glass front can be opened up. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers plenty of space for keen cooks. The large TV, with its extensive DVD collection, invites you to spend cosy evenings on the wide sofa should it happen to rain. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the more private upper floor. There is a larger bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The two other bedrooms, which are roughly similar in size, share the walk-in wardrobe and the bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and have fly screens.

All in all, the villa is full of lots of little, lovingly chosen details such as paintings, statues and decorations which, unlike many other bare villas, give you a real sense of home.

The villa is situated right in the heart of Seminyak. It’s the absolute best location! Just 150 metres from the beach! Just a 2-minute walk to loads of boutiques, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM and more. As the villa is in a gated community, your safety is guaranteed round the clock. Unfortunately, this means the villa isn’t really suitable for parties, as this would disturb the neighbours, but there’s no problem with a small barbecue by the pool at lunchtime.
