The villa is situated on Jalan Banjar Semer, making it the perfect base for quick and easy access to great restaurants, shops, 24-hour supermarkets and, of course, the beach, which is only about a 5-minute scooter ride away. As the villa is situated on a side street, it is quiet and safe despite its central location.
The villa consists of two buildings, which are connected on the first floor by a sort of bridge. Two of the three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located there. Both rooms have their own terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. On the ground floor is the third bedroom, which adjoins one of the living areas.
