Description
Villa Yasa offers a 5-bedroom property in the Kerbokan area. It’s just a few minutes’ drive from Batubelig Beach and about a 10-minute drive from Canggu.
It’s a cross between a house and a villa. A Balinese-Japanese couple built it for their own use, but they had to move to Denpasar so that their children could attend school closer to home. The two-storey building has three living areas – two indoors and one outdoors. There is a gazebo by the pool.
Every room is equipped with air conditioning, a desk and a wardrobe.
The villa has a large garden that gets plenty of natural light. It’s the perfect spot for sun worshippers.

Price-performance not justified, standard never equals 300€. For less money everything would be perfect, except for the water pump. Nice housekeeper!

Air conditioning often broken, no water every few days/weeks.
Great, but in need of renovation
Please renovate bathrooms, doors, water tank, air conditioning. Location, layout, facilities are great!
Came down
Only 2 out of 4 toilets work. Often no water, generally a bit run down. Mice in the kitchen. Super villa in itself, once repaired.
