Sataya Guesthouse

The guesthouse is centrally located in Canggu, near one of the main roads and just a few minutes’ walk from the popular Batu Bolong Beach. Four of the eight rooms are reserved for students, whilst the others are let to regular guests. Gabi, the owner, is from Germany. She’s been living in Bali for around 30 years and runs the guesthouse herself. As a result, she knows the island like few others do and can offer plenty of genuine insider tips. Whether it’s for day trips, sports activities, restaurants or places that few tourists know about. Gabi can also arrange tours and other activities directly.

For just a few euros, you can also book a breakfast on the spot, which is served as a buffet. It’s really handy, especially if you want to get your day off to a quick and hassle-free start.
