Description
In the centre of Seminyak, this accommodation is located in the safest part of the island: a gated community in Petitenget. The community has only one entrance and exit where you have to pass through security. Your direct neighbours areVilla Dewi Shinta,Villa Gajah andVilla Top Gun.
There are 4 bathrooms for every 5 rooms. One room is on the ground floor, has its own entrance and comes with its own bathroom. The other rooms are on the 1st floor. One master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and bath and a small balcony. The remaining three rooms are roughly the same size and share two bathrooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning. There are two single beds that can be placed together or separately, making them ideal for sharing. There is also a washing machine in the house and a terrace on the 3rd floor with incredible views over Seminyak. The kitchen is spacious, newly equipped and offers a direct view of the plunge pool. The pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing by the poolside with a cold beer in hand. The advantage of the covered pool is that it doesn't tip over as quickly as other outdoor pools. It can also be used in the rain.
The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Also many in locale, bars and restaurants such as Potato Head. Shopping facilities such as Pepito, Foodhall, Fres Tive and a traditional night market are also in the neighbourhood. The party mile of Kuta is only 10 minutes away.
This accommodation is ideal for people on a budget who don't want to miss out on anything. Up to 6 people can rent here for longer periods.

After a long stay in the villa, I can say that we had a good relationship with the owner of the house. It was a great advantage to live in the centre of the tourist area of Seminyak, but still be secluded from the people due to the one-way street at the entrance and the securities. The house was big enough for 6 people and we really enjoyed our time here. I can recommend the accommodation for students
Nice place to live
The villa is a cosy place to live for a few months. In case of heavy rain there is a possibility that it might rain into the house. One room is separate and without windows and not really protected against heavy rain. The furnishings are in good condition. The pool is a bit small but offers enough space to have fun. I recommend the place...
A few problems, but still a very nice location
I really liked the villa. Even with a few problems, such as the water pumps, we had a great stay. Lounge and open plan living room and nice bedrooms (one is a bit darker due to a very small window). Nevertheless, I would definitely choose the villa again for a stay with up to 5 friends.
Minor problems, but worth it for the price
Note that the price of this villa is lower than some others. So expect minor problems. You should also agree on who gets the largest room with an attached bathroom and who gets the room on the ground floor. There is mould on the walls. It can also rain in the house and, as usual, the Wi-Fi is not the best.
Great villa with minor flaws
Thank you sir for the air conditioning in the living room and for the washing machine! Spacious common areas, well-equipped kitchen (the only thing missing was an oven, otherwise everything was available and modern). All rooms in good, clean condition, bathrooms in good order. The pool is unfortunately tiny and not suitable for swimming. Occasionally it rains into the house - but the owner always endeavours to make repairs quickly. Super location! Great restaurants within walking distance, nice neighbours, quiet street, beach nearby. We would come back again! P.S.: Contrary to the advert text, it is not a first occupancy after renovation!
