Description
Right in the heart of Seminyak, this accommodation is situated in the safest part of the island: a gated community in Petitenget. The community has just one entrance and exit, where you have to go through security. Your immediate neighbours are Villa Dewi Shinta, Villa Gajah and Villa Top Gun.
There are 4 bathrooms for 5 rooms. One room is on the ground floor, has its own entrance and comes with an en-suite bathroom. The other rooms are on the first floor. One master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and bath, and a small balcony. The remaining three rooms are roughly the same size and share two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning. There are two single beds that can be pushed together or kept apart, making them ideal for sharing a room. There is also a washing machine in the house and a terrace on the third floor offering an incredible view over Seminyak. The kitchen is spacious, newly fitted and offers a direct view of the plunge pool. The pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing by the poolside with a cold beer in hand. The advantage of the covered pool is that it doesn’t fill up as quickly as others that are outdoors. You can also use it even when it’s raining.
The beach is less than 5 minutes away. There are plenty of local spots, bars and restaurants, such as Potato Head. Shopping options including Pepito, Foodhall, Fres Tive and a traditional night market are also nearby. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Kuta’s party district.
This accommodation is ideal for people on a tight budget who still don’t want to miss out on anything. Up to 6 people can rent here for an extended period.

After a long stay in the villa, I can say that we had a good relationship with the owner of the house. It was a great advantage to live in the centre of the tourist area of Seminyak, but still be secluded from the people due to the one-way street at the entrance and the securities. The house was big enough for 6 people and we really enjoyed our time here. I can recommend the accommodation for students
Nice place to live
The villa is a cosy place to live for a few months. In case of heavy rain there is a possibility that it might rain into the house. One room is separate and without windows and not really protected against heavy rain. The furnishings are in good condition. The pool is a bit small but offers enough space to have fun. I recommend the place...
A few problems, but still a very nice location
I really liked the villa. Even with a few problems, such as the water pumps, we had a great stay. Lounge and open plan living room and nice bedrooms (one is a bit darker due to a very small window). Nevertheless, I would definitely choose the villa again for a stay with up to 5 friends.
Minor problems, but worth it for the price
Note that the price of this villa is lower than some others. So expect minor problems. You should also agree on who gets the largest room with an attached bathroom and who gets the room on the ground floor. There is mould on the walls. It can also rain in the house and, as usual, the Wi-Fi is not the best.
Great villa with minor flaws
Thank you sir for the air conditioning in the living room and for the washing machine! Spacious common areas, well-equipped kitchen (the only thing missing was an oven, otherwise everything was available and modern). All rooms in good, clean condition, bathrooms in good order. The pool is unfortunately tiny and not suitable for swimming. Occasionally it rains into the house - but the owner always endeavours to make repairs quickly. Super location! Great restaurants within walking distance, nice neighbours, quiet street, beach nearby. We would come back again! P.S.: Contrary to the advert text, it is not a first occupancy after renovation!
