Great stay here, you can say
+ the location is a plus + and the friendly staff + someone is available even at night - bad WLAN - Lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms - Pool service could be improved

Good service, bad WLAN
The staff were very friendly, always on hand to help. However, the Wi-Fi was really bad at the beginning.
Villa generally really good, only my room had points of criticism
- WIFI did not reach my room - couldn't close my balcony door properly - too bright in the room at night - no air conditioning in the bathroom -> too hot - due to heat in Nov and Dec a lot of electricity had to be charged + friendly staff + very good service + nice common area + strategic location
All in all, I had a great time here
+ Nice staff + very good location + great value for money + great cleaning service - small pool area - Pool not always completely clean - bad WIFI - Bathroom not clean

+ Friendly staff + nice rooms + good and convenient location - WIFI not sufficient for a number of 13 residents - Electricity often had to be bought extra - Bathroom too hot in the morning

My stay at the villa was good. I would recommend the villa to others.
Pros: - Room well equipped - Laundry, supermarket and ATM nearby (2 minutes walk) - Nice and helpful staff - 15-20 minutes drive to Udayana Uni Campus "Denpasar" - open kitchen is the meeting point of the villa Cons: - no sunbeds for sunbathing (maybe you can buy some beanbags...) - Air conditioning did not work after a long period of non-use (but was repaired the very next day) - Room was cleaned at irregular intervals
Good, but cleanliness and value for money could be better
It is a nice accommodation, but the cleaning service was not as agreed in the contract. Furthermore, the electricity was not charged as previously discussed.
Stay at Villa Mahagauri
I really enjoyed my stay, especially that it was possible to live with 13 students. The room was also very good. Sometimes the cleaning wasn't done regularly and I sometimes had to wait over a week until it was cleaned again, but otherwise everything went very well here.

Pro: - super nice cleaning lady and best security man :-) - Laundry, supermarket and ATM directly at the accommodation - 20 minutes to Warmadewa University Cons: - no sun loungers at the pool - Wifi often did not work - There was no longer the advertised bakery nearby
Perfect if you want to have a great time
Many people live here, so there is always something going on Security and cleaning lady are very friendly and help with everything the housekeeper gives you so many insider tips right at the beginning which really helped me a lot. He is also almost always available and solves problems quickly No sunbathing area, but it's much nicer on the beach anyway Kerobokan is definitely the best area for students. There are so many other villas nearby and you can be anywhere within a few minutes

Pros: Security and cleaning lady are great - always felt safe and comfortable nice, big, clean rooms good location, only 15 minutes to Denpasar University next to a very good bakery and supermarket/ ATM are right in front of the accommodation CON: no relaxation area by the pool Fridges are too small for 13 people / there is not enough space Kitchen equipment not sufficient for 13 people Space for 13 scooters also insufficient

Best and nicest security and cleaning lady small pool, but the beach is nearby Rooms were nice they always tried to fix problems as soon as possible during the rainy season would stay here again

Good location not so happy with the cleaning staff a few things could be improved like air conditioning, more fridges, safe large and cosy rooms everything you need is there I would stay here again best and nicest security - I love him!!!!!

nice villa Pros: great room (no problems) magnificent area (next to supermarket, ocean, warung,...) lovely staff enough space for everything handsome work from Philipp he was always directly accessible he speaks german :D value for money was okay Con: a little bit too less staff in the kitchen not that much space to chill in the sun - but it is much more nicer than at the beach! It was a very great accommodation and the people I lived with were insane!
Nice place but only with the right people
The staff couldn't be better. The security and the cleaning lady are both great. If you are looking for a villa with a nice pool where you can lie in the sun, then this is not the right choice. If you are looking for a villa with lots of people then this could be the right choice for you.

As I have seen much cheaper accommodation of the same or better quality, I think it is too expensive. Wifi is a bit slow, often doesn't work and the fridge is too small for 13 people. The people who work there are very nice and friendly.
