Villa Breeze

Would live there again
In the end, I can say that I would definitely live there again. For the positive and negative aspects, please see Collin's review. I agree with all the points there as I stayed with him. There are certainly better villas at a better price, but they usually sell out quickly. Nevertheless, you will have a great stay at Villa Breeze.
Splendid stay
The stay in this villa was definitely worth it. Here is a short list of the positive and negative aspects of the villa: Positive: - Extremely friendly house staff (some very poor English skills) - Not unnecessarily large rooms, they are all the perfect size - Beautiful garden - Good location (right next to a supermarket) - Many surrounding villas (no long walking/driving distances to other students from the semester) - Cleaning six times a week and a pool boy - Garden with sunbathing areas and gazebo Negatives: - Sun only until 2/15 pm in the garden, the rest of the time everything is unfortunately shady - English skills of the house staff - Very slow internet connection (often not even usable) - Relatively high price compared to the neighbouring villas - Many of the equaducts were broken All in all, we had a really great time in this villa! We never received any complaints from neighbours if we were too noisy and were very happy with the housekeeping staff. In addition, there was always plenty to do with various student colleagues, as the villas themselves were within walking distance. A really pleasant and satisfying stay.
Very nice but expensive villa
We stayed in Villa Breeze for the SS17, 2 rooms double occupancy and 1 room single occupancy. All rooms have a large double bed, wardrobes, AC, a bathroom with warm water and a western toilet. The garden and pool area is very nice and decorated with many plants and palm trees. The kitchen has everything you need and the fridge was new and big. Positive: Nice staff, who always helped with problems immediately Very good location (quiet because it's not directly on the big street, supermarket and many restaurants close) Beautiful garden No mould and no damp walls 6 times a week cleaning Electricity is included in the price Negative: Wi-Fi is very slow (internet is shared with the villa next door) and has often not worked. However, a technician was always called immediately. The accommodation is a bit more expensive Overall the stay in the villa was really good and worth the money. Everything was perfect! Very nice but expensive villa
5 of us lived in Villa Breeze for SS17. 2 rooms double occupancy, 1 room single occupancy. All rooms have a large double bed, wardrobes, AC, a bathroom with hot water and a western toilet. The garden and pool area is very beautiful and landscaped with lots of plants and palm trees. The kitchen has everything you need and the fridge was new and large. Positives: -nice house staff who always helped immediately with any problems. -Very good location (not directly on the street, so quiet), supermarket (only open until 10pm and no Bintang), many restaurants in the neighbourhood.) -beautiful garden -No mould and no damp walls -6x a week cleaning + pool boy (weekly) -Electricity included in the price Negatives: -WIFI is very slow (Internet connection is shared with the neighbouring villa) and often did not work. Ina took care of it immediately and always called a technician directly. -The price of the accommodation is a bit more expensive Overall, the stay in this villa was very worthwhile. Not villa - nice area - high price
The villa is located in a nice quiet street, where you can relax at a nice pool. The rooms are fine and the staff is very nice. At the beginning there were some problems with the internet connection, but after a few weeks the connection was okay after we told the problems to the staff. All in all, the stay at the villa was very nice. The staff is good, but you also have to pay a lot of money. I would recommend the villa to other people and friends, who have enough money.
Good villa/location/staff - but a bit expensive and some things need to be improved
Good villa surrounded by rice fields and in a good neighbourhood. You are close to many things and yet you don't feel the traffic chaos. The staff is very nice and patient. However, we also had some problems: For example, the internet, problems in the bathrooms, water damage, the air conditioning often needed technical repairs, as did the safe, which was then replaced, and the water pump is very loud, which often deprived me of sleep. I know that these and many other things are small things, but for the price you pay, you expect something in return. I am so critical because I have spoken to many others and know of other accommodation in the same price segment. I don't know whether I would recommend the villa, but I could objectively point out the advantages and disadvantages and help you make a decision. I would also have to weigh up for myself whether I would live here again or not.
