Stunning and relaxing at the same time
The university was not too stressful, but you did have to write some papers and do some assignments. The organisation was good, but the IBSN staff at the university were not always friendly.

Great service and friendly landlords
Our landlord and his family were very nice and accommodating people. They tried to help us no matter what. The cleaning lady cleaned the rooms and the lounge area every day (except Sundays). I would definitely recommend the house.
Best villa in Bali
Villa Batubelig is beautiful and very neat and clean. The landlord and his family were really friendly and helpful, and always looked after us.

The villa itself is super furnished and the rooms are big! The outdoor area was also great for evenings together. Our landlord and his family are very kind, caring and open people who looked after us very well. The service with the cleaning lady was also great. I can recommend it to anyone!

Great co-operation with the landlord! The cleaning lady cleaned 6 times a week! Very tidy... The equipment is very diverse. I would definitely recommend it and hope everyone who stays here has such a great time!

The villa is very nice, has a perfect location and is in good condition. As the owner and his staff live in the neighbourhood you are really helped directly with EVERYTHING. They are really all super nice and very cool. All in all, an unforgettable stay. You felt right at home.

I have to be honest, I would never stay anywhere else again. The family and the owner are simply first class. If just one little thing happens, he takes care of it - even with things that have nothing to do with the house. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The villa looks so nice and the owner of the accommodation and the people who clean it are so friendly, polite and helpful. Also, the villa is in a very good location as it is close to the best places and the beach. I loved spending my four months here.

Best place in Bali:
I stayed at Villa Batubelig for the first time in 2014 for 5 months. This is the third time I have visited Gede and his family and every time it is great and relaxing in this beautiful place. I can highly recommend the villa for long stays as well as short stays.
Großartige, sauber und sichere Unterkunft / Brilliant, clean and safe accommodation
DEUTSCH (for english version please scroll down) We received a very friendly welcome on arrival. We were immediately offered a welcome drink and everything was shown and explained to us. The accommodation, which is slightly set back so that you can't hear the traffic, has 6 very spacious rooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a fridge, TV, safe etc. There is also a large, very clean bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a large, very clean pool and a communal living area with a kitchen and a communal toilet. There is also free WiFi and a sound system. The entire accommodation is cleaned regularly and is therefore very clean. A gardener regularly looks after the lawn and pool. The very friendly landlords live right next door and help immediately with any problems. This also gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture. For example, we were invited to a birthday party. You can also hire a scooter directly from the landlord at a very reasonable price, which is in top condition. There is a laundry and a supermarket right on the doorstep. There are also numerous excellent restaurants and massage parlours as well as several supermarkets in the area surrounding the accommodation. The beach is also just a stone's throw away. If you like to party, you can easily and cheaply reach Canggu, Seminyak or Kuta by taxi. All in all, for me the accommodation is probably the best accommodation Bali has to offer, as there is something for everyone or is easy to reach in the surrounding area and you can also (if desired) have a lot of contact with locals. I can therefore highly recommend Villa Chandra in Batubelig to anyone. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ENGLISH: Already at the arrival we were received very friendly. Also one can rent a very cheap scooter of good quality directly from the landlord. Directly in front of the door there is a laundry and a supermarket. In addition around the accommodation there are numerous very good restaurants and massage studios as well as several supermarkets. Furthermore, the beach is very close to the accommodation. For those who like to party, Canggu, Seminyak or Kuta can be reached easily and conveniently by taxi. All in all for me the accommodation is probably the best accommodation Bali has to offer as there is something for everyone or easy to reach in the vicinity. In addition (if desired) you can have much contact with locals. Therefore I can recommend the Villa Chandra in Batubelig to everyone.

I lived in Villa Batubelig in the summer semester of 2014. The location is great, there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A real insider tip is the Warung Murah on Lio Square, but the Warung Sobat is also recommended. It was cleaned regularly. The cleaning lady Wayan is super nice, especially if you tip her ;-) Wifi is available in all rooms and the pool is ideal for a pool party. All in all, I can recommend the villa without hesitation. Go for it!
