Cancellation policy
No right of withdrawal for accommodation booked on a binding basis
Once you have made a binding booking for accommodation for a specific period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
Pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the provision of accommodation services where a specific date or period is stipulated for the provision of the service.
A binding booking cannot therefore, in principle, be cancelled once it has been confirmed.
The customer’s statutory rights, particularly in the event that the agreed service is not provided in accordance with the contract, remain unaffected.
