Book a villa - step by step
This is how a villa booking works with us: transparent, without hidden fees, with German support.
Booking a villa for your semester abroad is not like booking a hotel on Booking.com - you're renting for several weeks or months. Here you can find out what's important and how to avoid pitfalls.
The booking process
1. make a selection
Filter our villas by region, period, budget and facilities. Villas suitable for shared flats are specially marked.
2. check availability
Enter your preferred period. We will show you the total price including cleaning and deposit directly - no surprises.
3. pay online and receive rental contract
A deposit secures you the villa. The balance is due shortly before arrival. Stripe payments in EUR, secure and traceable. You will receive the rental contract and the landlord's contact details by email.
4. check-in on site
You will receive check-in details before arrival. Most villas have a manager on site who will brief you. If you have any questions about your accommodation, please contact the manager who will be happy to help you.
