many people live here so there is always something going on security and cleaning lady are really frinedly and help you with everything Housekeeper tells you so many secret tips right in the beginning what really helped me a lot. Also he is contactable like almost everytime and solves problems really fast. no sunbathing area, but its more beautiful at the beach anyways Kerobokan is definitely the best area to stay for students. So many other villas around and you are everywhere in a couple of minutes.

Pro: – room was well equipped – Laundry, supermarket, ATM all closed by (2min by foot) – friendly and helpful staff – 15-20min drive to Udayana Uni Campus „Denpasar“ – open kitchen as the common point for socialising in the villa
Contra: – no sun loungers (maybe possible to buy some bean bags…) – AC didn’t work after some time being turned off (but was fixed right away) – rooms cleaned up but unregularly

Pro: security man and cleaning womand are wonderful – always felt safe and comfortable nice, clean and big rooms good location, to university Denpasar just 15 minutes next to really nice bakery and supermarket / ATM is just in front of the house no chill area at the Pool fridges for 13 perople too small / not enough space kitchen interior not enough for all people spare / area for 13 scooter too small
