Operations Assistant for accommodation rental

Our operations assistants perform administrative duties and other functions that help streamline the daily accommodation rental business operations of our organisation.

Job type: Full time (Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm / Flexibility is a must)

Responsibilities

  • Confirm and coordinate accommodation email inquiries and bookings
  • Accommodation showing for potential customers
  • Coordinate check in and check out of guests
  • Resolving customer and partner issues
  • Updating accommodation availability and facilities on website
  • Online Research for accommodation
  • Collect Payments
  • Driving for pick up and delivery of documents
  • Finding new potential accommodation
  • Taking pictures of accommodation
  • Contracting of new accommodation rentals
  • Helping activity department for reservation and inquiries

Qualification

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in Indonesian (mother tongue)
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Completed university studies is highly appreciated
  • Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Experience in Tourism Management or Villa Business is a plus
  • Photographer Skills are a plus
