Q: How to take back money that you transferred using your N26 bank account or N26 MasterCard?
A: If it’s a direct debit you can claim it back by yourself using the app or when you login to your online banking. If it’s a credit card payment you need to contact customer support. You can dispute a payment up to 120 days after it was done. It might be good to double check if it’s an actual payment or only a payment authorisation. Payment authorisations don’t shop up in the PDF bank statements.
Q: Can I block a merchant from deducting money from my account or credit card?
A: Yes you can, just fill in this form and send it to support(at)n26.com.
