Why choose us?

We thank indojunkie and everyone else who recommends our service. Nothing should go wrong with the visa, otherwise problems can arise when entering the country. Unfortunately, the Indonesian Immigration Service (Imigrasi) website is rarely up to date with the latest regulations. We only use visa agencies with whom we have had good long-term experiences and which we use ourselves for our visa matters. You have a German-speaking contact person on site and you can reach us at any time by email, phone or WhatsApp. We are convinced that we currently offer the best value for money for the 211 visa. You do not need to make an international transfer, you can conveniently pay by SEPA bank transfer, credit card or, if you wish, PayPal.

Frequently asked questions

Q: How is the quarantine currently working?
A: Since the end of December 2021, there has been a mandatory 5-day quarantine in a government-approved hotel in Jakarta. For entry from certain countries there is even a quarantine obligation of 14 days.

Q: If my visa is not approved, will I get a refund?
A: Yes, we will refund the transfer amount minus 90 EUR. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the full amount as part of the fees paid to the Indonesian government are non-refundable even in the event of a refusal.

Q: How often does a visa application get rejected?
A: We have never had a case where the visa has been denied. As long as the above requirements are met, the visa should be approved. A reason for rejection would be, for example, if there is an entry in the Indonesian blacklist due to legal violations in Indonesia or because an international arrest warrant is pending.

Q: Can this visa also be applied for for children?
A: Yes, the B211A visa can also be applied for for partners and children. However, each family member (including children) need their own visa.

Q: Do children, toddlers and babies also need a negative corona test?
A: Yes, all people who currently want to travel to Bali require a negative corona test.

Q: How does the extension work if I want to stay longer than 60 days?
A: To extend the visa, hand in the passport to the sponsor or their representative in Bali about 1 week before the visa expires. The sponsor takes care of the renewal procedure. Depending on the sponsor, the extension costs between IDR 850,000 and IDR 1,000,000 (approx. 50-58 EUR). The first extension can cost 500,000 IDR (approx. 29 EUR) more if the inviting company is not based in Bali.

Q: Who is my sponsor?
A: We work with several companies in the tourism and legal advisory sector. Depending on the requirements of the application, we will decide on the best sponsor for your case. For example, if someone needs the visa as soon as possible, we will take the company that is currently able to deliver the fastest at the lowest price. If someone wants to stay longer than 2 months, we take the company where the visa extension is the easiest. We draw on our experience over the past few years as well as the experience of the past week with regard to processing time.

Q: How does the payment work? When do I have to pay how much?
A: After all the documents have been checked by us and checked by the agency, you will receive the invoice from us. After payment, your details will be uploaded to the Indonesian immigration system. As a standard, we provide an invoice with bank details in the footer. If you want to pay by credit card or PayPal, this is also possible, we can issue the invoice in the way that is easiest for you to pay. At this point you have the option to pay the full invoice amount or to make a 50% deposit. The remaining amount is due when the visa is ready.

Q: What documents are required for the visa application?
A: In order to apply for a visa, we need a color copy of the passport (main page and cover), an account statement showing the account holder, credit balance, bank and account number, and proof of international health insurance.

Q: Do I have to show a return ticket and what time do I have to return or leave the country?
A: There is a possibility that at the airport when departing to Indonesia you will be asked for a return or exit ticket. It is also possible that you will be asked about it when you arrive in Indonesia. A flight reservation is sufficient. This must be within 180 days of arrival in Indonesia. This means that even if the visa is only valid for 60 days from entry, it is possible to extend the visa up to 6 months.
